I want to eat seafood in Kuala Selangor. I had been asking around seafood restaurants, and one local recommend restaurant name wish to eat. For the Kuala Selangor seafood restaurant, it is well known to local people. When I was dining here, it all filled with local people only. Only my wife and I are from outside of Kuala Selangor.
Want to eat specialty
When I see the menu, it is desirable. Especially Oreo cheese crab. Seriously I never imagine trying such a dish. I don’t think it will be a good match between sweet and salty. But I am amazed that this dish actually chef recommended. Not many Kuala Selangor seafood restaurant serves this dish. Perhaps this is the only one.
Crab with milk and seafood soup with bee hun.
Seafood with bee hun was mentioned three times by the local people, which is why I immediately order without hesitation. When the dish arrived, the first bite memorable. Butter taste a superb, right amount of saltiness, and more importantly, the sweet of the seafood goes well into the soup. Now, this is something that I did not prepare to eat such delicious food.
Our second dish is the crab with milk. Our order comes with a fried bun. There are two choices of crab. One is a regular crab. One is a local crab. I am ordering a local one, yes it is more expensive. When you are in Kuala Selangor, you need to try their local seafood produce food. The milky taste goes well with the bun, and you have to eat this fast because it is getting cold fast enough.
Want to eat Kuala Selangor Seafood Restaurant
Overall, dining at want to eat is the right choice. Giving them a one-star rating. Not only they do have great food, but a portion is also significant, at the same time you can expect fresh seafood. I notice Kuala Selangor does have lots of seafood restaurants, but few are worth mentioning. If they are willing to invest in better butter and also milk, it will quickly become a hot spot.
